This is an easier microwave version of prepping this cake. It was super easy to put together and cleanup was a breeze since it only used one bowl! The proof is in the pudding and I’ll taste it and review again.

Tried this for Liam's 11 birthday. The frosting was excellent after you added 6 total Tbsp NOT teaspoons. I also spread it on the warm cake like I do for my Texas Sheet Cake. The cake portion tasted light on peanut butter and was too well done. Maybe 16 minutes would have been enough. My Texas Sheet cake sours the milk before adding it with the eggs. I think that would have made a difference, too. Everyone seemed to like it but I thought the cake part was lacking.
